Georgianne O'Keeffe, M.S.O.D.

Georgi is one of the founders of GMR and has 20 years of business and business management experience.  In addition to her responsibilities at GMR, shenhas served on the Board of Directors of the Tri-Valley Haven (www.trivalleyhaven.org) as its President and Vice-President. Recently, she completed a Board recruitment & development project for a not-for-profit organization.

Georgi is a member of the Bay Area Organization Development Network (BAodn) and the Organization Development Network (ODN). She earned her B.A in Organizational Behavior and her M.S. in Organization Development both from the University of San Francisco (USF).

Robin Zimmermann, M.S.O.D.

Robin is a seasoned Human Resources Expert with over 15 years of work history that illustrates strong strategic management skills, a solid background in human resources and a career focused on delivering high levels of employee and customer service. Often characterized by her “big picture” perspective, she is also a strong collaborative leader with the proven ability to build highly-competent teams. Robin is known as a superior relationship manager, negotiator and consensus builder, with a talent for galvanizing teams and managers into execution and action.

Robin is the Director of Human Resources for a health care facility in the bay area, leading the delivery of strategic and operational human resources services. Prior to this role, Robin worked for the largest chain of boutique hotels in the United States responsible for compensation, benefits, recruiting and talent management. In addition, Robin has experience working in the software and transportation industry focusing on legal compliance, wage and hour laws in the state of California, management training, problem resolution and leadership coaching. Robin is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM); the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and Northern California Human Resource Association (NCHRA). Robin earned her B.S. degree in Business and Human Resource Management from the State University of New York and her M.S. degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.

 Dr. Richard O'Keeffe

                          Ed.D., Learning Technologies 

Dr. O'Keeffe is a digital literacy expert and has worked in the technology training industry since 1983. He founded the Microcomputer Training Company (MTC) in 1985. MTC provided microcomputer training to clients throughout Northern California during the mid-80’s to the mid-90’s under the auspices of ComputerLand Training, MTC and New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. He later worked for Fujitsu PC Corp., Dell Computer, Allaire Corp., and Siemens - Oncology Care Systems. Each position involved developing and managing computer training for a broad range of client requirements: from end-user computer skills enhancement to technical training for field service technicians and oncology care physicists.

Dr. O'Keeffe was an Adjunct Professor and taught B.A and M.A. classes at John F. Kennedy University’s School of Management for 10 years.

He has worked in the non-profit sector and served in several executive capacities as well as serving on Boards of Directors and a Contra Costa County, Board of Supervisors-appointed, Commission.

Dr. O'Keeffe earned his BA and MA degrees in Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and his Doctorate (Ed.D.) from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology.
