Most non-profit organizations are established to provide a service or support that might otherwise go wanting. All 501 (c) 3 organizations are required to convene a Board of Directors who oversee the operations of the organization and generally manage the organization’s Executive Director who, in turn, manages the day-to-day operations of the business.
